To ensure the growth and integrity of our community, we are setting specific criteria for individuals who wish to become community leaders. Here’s a comprehensive guide:
Individual Accountability
- Leadership positions are only open to individuals, not organizations, groups, or entities.
- Leaders must actively engage with the community and take personal responsibility for their role.
Holder Requirement
- Leaders must hold a minimum amount of 500 millions LEAVE BEHIND COIN. If you are not a holder already, we’ll provide small amount as Airdrop. But you need to hold it as long as you are part of the community. Please note that the minimum holding requirement is subject to change based on community decisions and project developments.
- Being a holder reflects commitment and alignment with the community’s values and goals.
No History of Scams or Intolerance
- Leaders must have a clean reputation in the crypto space and no association with scams, fraudulent activities, or unethical practices.
- We do not tolerate hate speech, discrimination, or any form of intolerance. Leaders should embody inclusivity and respect.
Team Collaboration
- Leaders must be comfortable working with diverse individuals, including those with differing opinions or cultural backgrounds.
- Encouraging healthy debate and fostering positive interactions within the team and community are key.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engagement: Actively participate in discussions and ensure the group remains lively and focused.
- Moderation: Maintain a safe and respectful environment by enforcing group rules.
- Support: Assist new members with questions, direct them to resources, and provide guidance when needed.
- Integrity: Uphold the community’s values and protect the group’s reputation.
Selection Process
- Application: Interested individuals must fill out an application form detailing their qualifications and alignment with the criteria. Application request form is located below.
- Verification: The admin team will verify holding status and review the applicant’s history.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates may undergo a brief interview to assess their suitability.
Code of Conduct
- All leaders must adhere to the group’s code of conduct. Any breach of these guidelines will result in immediate removal from the leadership role.

To maintain the integrity and security of our LEAVE BEHIND COIN community, we operate in a Zero Trust Mode. This approach ensures that all interactions and engagements prioritize caution and accountability.

Every member, regardless of status or tenure, is subject to the same level of scrutiny and accountability.

This includes validating new members, proposals, and external partnerships.
3. Protecting the Community:
Scams, pump-and-dump schemes, and manipulative behavior will not be tolerated.
Leaders and members are expected to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity immediately.

Personal and sensitive information of members is safeguarded and shared only when absolutely necessary and with proper consent.
